Second Sunday Breakfast Ride, Petaluma to Santa Rosa Loop via Calistoga!

Our April SSBR starts at Henny Penny Restaurant in Petaluma at 4995 Petaluma Boulevard North.  Breakfast at 8 AM and plan to leave at 9 AM sharp so arrive gassed up.  We will make our way north on the back roads to a short bathroom break on the shores of the Russian River in Monte Rio.  After that we will wind around the Russian River on 116, then take Sweetwater Springs Road and Dry Creek Road to Geyserville. We have another short break at a general store shortly before Geyserville.   From there, its 128 to Calistoga and St. Helena and Porter Creek Road to end in Santa Rosa at Carmen’s Burger Bar (90 Mark West Springs Rd).  The Route is roughly 120 miles long and should take 4 hours with breaks.  If that’s too long good bail out options are Geyserville or Calistoga.  If most of you want to end earlier we can find a place in the Calistoga/St Helena Area to end.

It looks like there may be rain coming this weekend. So far the forecast is for sun on Sunday but check the Meetup page before you leave the house.  If its raining or there is a high probability of rain Sunday AM we will likely cancel.  Hope to see you on Sunday.
